The application of solar collectors with Polymer absorbents can be categorized into two main groups:
First group: specifically used for heating pools - up to 35 centigrade degrees.
Second group: specifically for water used in every day domestic use- up to 80 centigrade degrees.
Polymer absorbent with the commercial name of (EPDM), which is also known as artificial rubber is used in these collectors. The advantages of this polymer are as follows: Flexibility
Resistance against freezing when filled with water
Resistance to UV radiation
High heat resistance, up to 150 degrees centigrade
High life cycle
Possibility to stick the Collector pieces to each other
These collectors can be produced in three different models: 6 hoses, 8 hoses And 10 hoses
